The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and using Revenue Management methods, processes, and tools to maximize room revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and analyze current and historical demand, including lost business turndown, rooms on the books, competitive set, and market trends to aid in more accurate forecasting.
- Provide analysis of demand factors, competitive positioning, and future outlook and trends.
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize room revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of revenue management strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue management, with a strong understanding of revenue management methods and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office and Opera Cloud/V5.
