- A bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience).
- Eight (8) years of commercial banking experience in mid-market commercial lending and adjudication.
- Well-developed skills in financial statement analysis and knowledge of effective risk mitigation strategies for credit underwriting.
