We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team at Taksa Chiropractic Professional Corporation. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
- Process and manage patient appointments, including scheduling and confirming
- Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Relocation costs covered by employer
- Willing to relocate
