About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Cogent Industrial Technologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical power and automation, with a minimum of seven years of experience in project management roles. You will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing project resources, and ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with Cogent's project execution methodologies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project resources, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with Cogent's project execution methodologies.
  • Manage project risks, including identifying and mitigating potential issues.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in project management roles.
  • Strong technical background in electrical power and automation.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
