Delivery Drivers Supervisor

About the Role:

Mih Total Supplies Inc is seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring that our customers receive their products promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, driver performance, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with our logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to delivery, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Train and develop our delivery drivers to improve their skills and performance, promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and customers.
