About Jimmy's Lunch Box

We are a fast-paced restaurant looking for an experienced Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent culinary expertise, and the ability to manage inventory and staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing: Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure profitability.
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet demand.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare complete meals or individual dishes and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Kitchen Hygiene: Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Work Schedule: Work a permanent 30-hour per week schedule.
  • Language: Fluent English required.
Requirements
  • Chef Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $**45,000 - $60,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes benefits such as paid time off, opportunities for professional growth, and a fun work environment.
