Sales Development Specialist

We're looking for a Sales Development Specialist to join our sales team at Soucy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing B2B accounts in your territory while building strong relationships with customers. You'll also have the opportunity to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our customer base in the powersports market.
Main ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include:
- Regularly visiting customers to provide product advice and promotion
- Developing and implementing sales growth strategies with each customer
- Identifying potential customers, targeting new business opportunities, and closing strategic deals
- Participating in customer events, sales meetings, and motorsports shows
- Maintaining organized records and tracking progress using CRM, Excel, and other tools
