We are seeking a skilled Bartenders Supervisor to join our team at SAM Productions Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Bartenders Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar area is clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning the draft beer system.
- Manage the inventory and ordering of bar stock, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring that our bar is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring that orders are accurate and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Record and balance beverage sales, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Supervise and train serving staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to provide exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Serving It Right Certificate.
The Bartenders Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet customer demand.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work HoursThe Bartenders Supervisor will work 32 hours per week.
