Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Medication Management: Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients.
- Inventory Management: Ensure medication and over-the-counter supplements inventory levels are adequate to meet patients' needs.
- Patient Counseling: Counsel patients in regards to new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive interaction.
- Community Outreach: Create awareness and educate customers through public relations (public health days, clinics, etc.).
- Customer Service: Provide timely and positive resolution to patients' needs and doctors' requests/issues.
- Cost Control: Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary).
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training for all new and existing Pharmacy colleagues (technicians, interns, students, IPGs).
- Education: Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, and a Class A Pharmacists license are required.
- Skills: Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism are essential. Excellent leadership and performance management skills are required.
- Experience: Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans.
