Rehabilitation Physicist

CarePartners is a leading home health care provider in Ontario, offering a wide range of services to patients of all ages. We are currently seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality patient care through professional assessment and treatment
• Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
• Provide guidance on workplace health and safety
• Promote independence of clients in their homes and communities

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
• Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and scheduling systems
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• French language skills are an asset
