Salesforce Technical Lead

At Astra North Infoteck Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sales/Service Cloud, REST and SOAP API integration, and GIT and DevOps concepts. With a minimum of 8-10 years of Salesforce experience, the successful candidate will be able to lead a team and contribute to project delivery. Key responsibilities include writing technical specification documents, process flows, and reviewing code for quality deliverables. Experience with LWC components, Apex concepts, and Flows is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical thinking capabilities, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Certifications in Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer 1, and Platform Developer 2 are a plus. Essential Skills:

Strong understanding of Sales/Service Cloud

Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API integration

Strong analytical thinking capabilities and creative problem-solving skills

Experience writing technical specification documents and process flows based on the requirements

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in LWC components

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apex concepts and Flows

Ability to lead a team as well as contribute to the project delivery

Strong understanding of industry best practices

Ability to review the code and provide suggestion for quality deliverable

Expose to the deployment tools

Preferably Copado and a good understanding in GIT and DevOps concepts

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good team player and ready to take responsibility on the key items

Familiarity with Agile methodology

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2

Desirable Skills:

Good understanding of middleware systems like MuleSoft

Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud

Sharing and Visibility Designer Certification

Experience working in Insurance domain
