Salesforce Technical Lead

Maarut Inc is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Development and Execution: Analyze, develop, and execute efficient and effective test cases, test scripts, and test data for new state-specific requirements and enhancements.
  • Automation Framework Design: Design and implement automation frameworks according to application or project needs.
  • Test Automation: Write and execute automated tests using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and Rest Assured for web and API test automation.
  • Test Management: Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools.
  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate all testing activities on assigned projects, including definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress, and status reporting.
Requirements:
  • Strong Salesforce Testing Experience: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM standard/custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, and sharing rules.
  • API Testing Experience: Experienced with API testing using Salesforce.
  • Automation Framework Design: Ability to design and implement automation frameworks according to application or project needs.
  • Test Management: Ability to ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with onshore and offshore teams.
