We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at Great Grace Trading Canada Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and inventory management of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely receipt of materials
- Train and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is dynamic and requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
