Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Materials Planner to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking deliveries to their destination utilizing appropriate documentation, carriers, equipment, and loading requirements. You will also interface with internal and external partners to identify, plan, and execute efficient transportation plans. Additionally, you will oversee carrier scheduling based on mode and monitor transit times, manage bulk fleet optimization and drive equipment availability, and coordinate finished goods workflows. Your role will involve creating an environment that promotes knowledge transfer and ownership across team members, championing and leading change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, and optimizing production, inventory and procurement processes in an evolving global marketplace using collaboration, technology, and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years' experience in Logistics, Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or Supply Chain
- Super User status or experience in ERP specifically SAP ECC, SAP Transportation Management, Power BI, and SharePoint
