Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Operate a cash register, process payments, and handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card transactions.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap area and surrounding areas.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37 hours per week.
