Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Budget and Business Intelligence Manager to join our Financial Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex analytical services, providing business intelligence services, and overseeing budget planning processes.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $105,653 - $145,272 per annum, with a control point of $132,066 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a minimum of twenty-five days of vacation, competitive employer-paid extended health and dental plan, defined benefit pension plan, and flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the Institute's budget, analysis, and business intelligence functions, developing operational and tactical plans in alignment with broader department strategies.
  2. Provide business intelligence services, including financial modeling, analysis, and report generation, to support the Institute's strategic financial planning processes.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders across the Institute, providing tools and training for budget planning, promoting understanding of budget planning processes, and communicating timeframes for budget development.
  4. Manage day-to-day business intelligence services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and recommendations to support critical planning and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Professional accounting designation combined with a relevant degree.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in budget and forecasting-related analysis and business intelligence services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business intelligence concepts, theories, practices, and methods.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
