The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex analytical services, providing business intelligence services, and overseeing budget planning processes.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $105,653 - $145,272 per annum, with a control point of $132,066 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a minimum of twenty-five days of vacation, competitive employer-paid extended health and dental plan, defined benefit pension plan, and flexible hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Institute's budget, analysis, and business intelligence functions, developing operational and tactical plans in alignment with broader department strategies.
- Provide business intelligence services, including financial modeling, analysis, and report generation, to support the Institute's strategic financial planning processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders across the Institute, providing tools and training for budget planning, promoting understanding of budget planning processes, and communicating timeframes for budget development.
- Manage day-to-day business intelligence services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and recommendations to support critical planning and decision-making.
- Professional accounting designation combined with a relevant degree.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in budget and forecasting-related analysis and business intelligence services.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business intelligence concepts, theories, practices, and methods.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
