Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Assistant to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will assist and support senior Converting and Press personnel, monitor quality, and perform various tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Converting and Press personnel as directed
  • Monitor quality and discard scrap
  • Operate Baler and conduct inspections and testing according to quality plans
  • Will be trained on forklift to operate as needed
  • Perform general housekeeping and ensure equipment is clean

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Potential candidates will be tested on mechanical aptitudes, successful candidates may be contacted for an interview

Preferred Candidates

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working rotating shifts
