Job Title: Home Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Assistant to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a Home Health Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Job Summary:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own vehicle
Work Environment:

As a Home Health Care Assistant, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other healthcare facilities. You will be required to travel to different locations, using your own vehicle.
