About the Role:

As a Continuing Care Assistant In Training, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their homes by assisting with daily tasks and self-care activities. This position requires a compassionate and caring individual who is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to clients, including grooming, dressing, bathing, and other essential tasks.
  • Travel to clients' homes to complete home visits, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare meals and assist with mealtime, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Provide companionship and support to clients, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.
  • Assist with personal hygiene care, including showering and bathing, and support basic activities of daily living.

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing personal care is required.
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license and insurance is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to pass or satisfy a Criminal Background screening upon hire.
  • A passion for making a difference in your community and providing exceptional care and support.
