Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Redline Trucking is seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform brake adjustments, emergency roadside repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
Requirements:
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Experience an asset
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Environment:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working independently, but as part of a team. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
