About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Formwork team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our in-house team to review designs, optimize structure design, and maintain our core principles of building. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the field, in project management and estimating, to learn all aspects of the concrete formwork scope.
Key Responsibilities- Work cohesively with and motivate a team of subcontractors, engineers, and external consultants
- Report data, project progress, and productivity to management and the general contractor
- Review designs and use knowledge of construction methods to support preconstruction and estimating
- Read and organize all general and technical specifications, drawings, contracts, and construction documents
- Currently enrolled in a certificate, diploma, or degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Operations, or a related field
- Strong communication, confidence, and ability to communicate with all levels of management
- A strong work ethic - proactive, independent, eager to learn, resourceful, and committed
- Academic experience in Procore, Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam, Revit, and other construction-related software
- Some site experience, especially for a formwork trade, will be considered an asset
