- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for our team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
- Project Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects and programs, including setting deadlines and tracking progress.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
