Join Aviva's Customer Insights and Research Team

Aviva is seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights and Research Manager to join our newly formed Customer team. As a founding member of this team, you will play a key role in bringing customer insights to the forefront of all key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of the research process, from questionnaire design to report preparation.
  • Analyze and synthesize large datasets to identify strategic opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business divisions to ensure research questions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between 3rd research vendors and internal collaborators to develop research projects.
  • Manage ongoing internal trackers and maintain monthly research dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Strong research background, encompassing qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience with brand tracking and supporting brand strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to mentor members of the research and insights team.
  • Knowledge of Clarabridge Text analytics, Tableau, and Qualtrics survey software.
