Carmichael Engineering / Ingénierie Carmichael is seeking a skilled ERP System Administrator to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting our CRM and ERP systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT role, a diploma in IT, and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Bilingualism in French and English is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain CRM and ERP systems
  • Provide user support and training
  • Deploy new system functions and features
  • Solve technical issues and troubleshoot problems
