About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stringed Instrument Repairer to join our team at Wilder & Davis étude. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining stringed musical instruments, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect instruments to determine the requirements for repair
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools
  • Test and adjust repaired instruments for proper functioning
  • Calibrate instruments using hand tools
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
Work Environment

As a Stringed Instrument Repairer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, repairing and maintaining a variety of stringed instruments, including violas, violins, and cellos. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
