Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Vice President to join our team at Hunter Express Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, providing necessary authority and support
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
