Job Title: Planning & Analysis Director

At Lactalis Canada Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Planning & Analysis Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering on our annual operating plans, ensuring the plant business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement short to mid-term strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage the overall operation of the plant to ensure goals and KPIs are met, including health and safety, production, material and inventory planning, standard costs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership to plant management staff, including hiring, performance reviews, and training and development needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs to reduce raw material loss, improve cost, quality, and customer service.
  • Actively participate in strategic projects and opportunities to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering, Dairy Science, or Food Science.
  • Five to ten years' experience in a dairy or food processing or manufacturing environment, including cost management, production planning, inventory control, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in developing, reporting, and analyzing financial measurements of plant performance.
  • Significant experience in technical and economic evaluations of processes, products, and production systems.
