Food Service Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to maintain profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to team members.
- Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Permanent full-time position.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language.
