Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dock Load Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our inbound and outbound teams with unloading and loading trucks and trailers with LTL freight, maintaining dock cleanliness, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and load trucks and trailers with LTL freight of all descriptions
  • Maintain dock cleanliness and organization
  • Assist in finding freight for dispatch and managing customer pickups
  • Perform other duties as required, including operating industrial trucks, tractors, and other mobile equipment

Requirements

  • Must have prior experience operating industrial equipment, such as forklifts
  • Excellent attendance record and punctuality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
