At Our Place Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Head Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the high quality of our dishes.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas
* Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Ability to work in a restaurant setting
* Ability to work in an urban area
