Job Summary

Oasis Church, a vibrant multi-generational and multi-cultural community, is seeking a Campus Pastor to lead our Logan Lake congregation. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Lead Pastor to provide care and support to our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a spiritual climate within the congregation
  • Foster a relational culture among members
  • Develop effective leadership within teams
  • Guide, nurture, and monitor the health and growth of the community
  • Equip and develop teams to do the work of the ministry

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire others. A focus on guiding and developing teams, rather than micromanaging, is essential for success in this role.
