Job Description

Oasis Church is located in the beautiful city of Kamloops, and we are searching for a CAMPUS PASTOR for our new church campus located in Logan Lake (Oasis Church on the Hill). Our church is a vibrant multi-generational and multi-cultural community that seeks to create a welcoming space for people to explore their relationship with God and healthy community. The CAMPUS PASTOR will be able to collaborate with and support the Lead Pastor in providing care to the Logan Lake congregation. The CAMPUS PASTOR must cultivate a spiritual climate within our congregation, foster a relational culture among its members, and develop effective leadership within our teams. This position requires a focus on guiding, nurturing, and monitoring the health and growth of the community rather than micromanaging. Management of the campus is necessary, but the campus pastor should be equipping and developing teams to do the work of the ministry. Attached Documents campus-pastor-os-2024
