Job Summary

Lone Star Texas Grill is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our front-of-house team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve guests at the bar or in designated areas, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
  • Prepare and serve signature margaritas, specialty cocktails, wine, and beer, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prep and clean the bar area before and after shifts, including tasks such as making signature margarita mix, changing kegs, and preparing garnishes.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of drinks to guests in the dining area.
  • Assist in managing audio-visual elements, including music, lighting, and TV programming, to create an engaging atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
  • Ability to remain physically active and engaged throughout shifts.
  • Lift items up to 30lbs as needed.
  • Previous bartending experience is an asset, but not required.
