Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our sales floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing opportunities for customers, providing training and support to Sales Associates, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales team to ensure customers receive exceptional service in a timely manner
  • Conduct sales and inventory management to optimize store performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop Sales Associates to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a customer-focused environment and inspire employees to achieve high morale
  • Assist customers and resolve service issues promptly
  • Promote the store on social media to build business and drive sales
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail operations and customer service
  • Ability to maintain a customer-focused environment and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Able to stand for an 8-hour shift

Salary Range: $37,000 - $39,000 per year based on experience. Running Room is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from people with disabilities.
