**Job Description**

This role is responsible for leading, participating in, or overseeing projects and administrative functions for senior executive members as they relate to the organization's strategic priorities and business plan. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail orientation.

The Executive Administrator will be a key member of the business unit, working closely with internal business partners and external stakeholders to achieve our goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree or certificate in Business Administration or Office Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in senior management administrative roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess, evaluate, and identify outcomes.
  • Professional manner, good presence, and discretion when handling sensitive situations or information.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
