About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team at beBee Professionals in Penticton. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet our standards for presentation and taste.

About the Role

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer orders, ensuring dishes are served on time and meet our presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients to ensure we have the necessary supplies to maintain our menu offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen, with a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
