Job Title: Dump Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team at Sidhu Concrete Pumping Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a dump truck to transport goods and materials to various locations. The ideal candidate will have a Class 3/3F/DF Licence and experience in heavy haulage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance and record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles)
  • Experience in heavy haulage
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment
  • Ability to work at various locations
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a dusty environment and at various locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
