Cutter Deck Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cutter Deck Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Cutter Deck Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the equipment and process in the Cutter Deck Area to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of the cutting system and ensure it meets quality specifications.
- Optimize waste streams from the cutting area and maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Operate and maintain the Welliver camera system and robotic halver system.
- Ensure correct spare cutter heads are stored and ready for use.
- Provide support and relief to the ADR Operator and maintain all required documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven history of safe work habits and experience with SPC, Process Control, and OSI PI.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis and physically capable of performing job duties.
