Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Jonathan Audette Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, TaxPrep, and Sage Accounting Software.
  • Area of Specialization: Accounting.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, organized, reliability, team player, and time management.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, permanent position, 35 hours per week, and English language.

Please note that this is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek and requires proficiency in English.
