Job Summary
In search of a detail-oriented and customer-focused cleaning professional to join our team at The Oak Hotel and Suites. As a cleaning staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, hallways, and common areas
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
  • Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, including kitchens and bathrooms
  • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or amenities
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed
  • Adhere to hotel standards and policies for cleanliness and customer service


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies


Work Environment

  • Work in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Interact with guests and other staff members regularly
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
