Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity and GRC Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement and adoption of our information security governance framework, managing our cybersecurity methodology and risk register, and ensuring the vitality of our governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective implementation of our information security governance framework
  • Manage and maintain our cybersecurity methodology and risk register
  • Develop and update policies, standards, procedures, and processes to support execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and improve our process lifecycle
  • Manage team member development, goals, training, and performance

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC
  • At least 5 years of experience leading process analysis and redesign initiatives using Lean methodology
  • Proven experience leading others on process analysis and redesign initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable actions
  • Ability to present complex processes in easy-to-understand terms to various stakeholders
