Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Team at Lakeridge Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and confirm interviews, including balancing calendars for interview panels and booking meeting rooms.
  • Pre-Employment Testing: Schedule and proctor pre-employment testing as required.
  • Reference Checks: Complete reference checks for external applicants.
  • Applicant Tracking System Support: Assist employees and external applicants with the applicant tracking system (eRecruit), including resetting passwords.
  • Recruitment Projects: Participate in various recruitment-related projects to enhance service delivery.
  • Job Posting: Post positions on external recruitment sites.
  • Applicant Screening: Assist with pre-screening applicants as required.
  • Event Coordination: Participate in the coordination of recruitment-related activities and events as required.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Human Resources experience in healthcare is an asset.
  • Skills: Superior customer service skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent time-management skills with strong ability to prioritize, organize, and complete assignments in a manner that meets service timelines and optimizes departmental effectiveness.
  • Critical Thinking: Proven ability to assess inquiries and exercise good judgment in making the appropriate referrals.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to multi-task and work productively and independently with frequent interruptions.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to function as a supportive team member.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to adhere to a high standard of confidentiality.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (tested). Experience with an HRIS is considered an asset.
