About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Farm Laborer to join our team at Swift Connect INC. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Work: Apply the technique of hoeing between rows, grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market, pick row and orchard crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Clean the work area, load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, and a permanent position is available.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
