Job Title: Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Victoria Gymnastics Downtown.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our gymnasts. They will also be responsible for analyzing and evaluating athletes' or team's performance, as well as observing and evaluating prospective athletes' skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions for gymnasts
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
  • Administer first-aid and other assistance as needed
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction and other team-building activities
Requirements:
  • Level 1 Certificate in Coaching
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
