About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Lion's Pride Gymnastics Academy. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop training and practice sessions for gymnasts of various skill levels
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and games
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction and analyze athletes' performance
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
Requirements
  • Level 2 Certificate in Coaching and Level 3 Certificate in Coaching
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in gymnastics coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
