About the Role

The Floral Clerk is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Floral Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Processing customer floral orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Merchandising and maintaining a clean and presentable floral department.
  • Handling and preparing floral products with care and attention to detail.
  • Increasing store sales by actively promoting products and services.
  • Participating in the training of junior staff and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
