We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at NEW MIDWEST AUTO COLLISION INC.. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- or equivalent experience
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week
