About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team at Torus Talent. As a key member of our expanding team, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
