About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Amico Patient Care. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring that our facilities are well-stocked and that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of inventory coordinators to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve inventory-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and may be required to work overtime as needed.
