Job Summary

The Administrative Support III role provides critical support to the Addiction and Mental Health Clinics in St. Paul. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day clerical duties, including data entry, phone support, and filing. Your expertise in MS Office Suite and computer skills will be essential in ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships
  • Manage client scheduling, meetings, and records
  • Process documents, data entry, and mail management
  • Support students and new staff orientation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require advanced administrative skills and knowledge to support complex procedures and initiatives. A Secretarial Diploma from a recognized Office/Business Administration Program and 2+ years of clerical experience in a large organization are essential. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, keyboarding of 70 wpm, and medical terminology are desired. Experience with AHS software programs (Connect Care, EPeople) is an asset.
